Sovereign have an established process for the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios including:    - Performance tracking and alerts to material changes to specific      managers/assets (ongoing)     - Review of quarterly investment reports and conference calls with        managers    - Attendance and representation of our clients at unitholder meetings      and annual investor briefings, including proxy voting in special      resolutions    - Participation on manager’s advisory boards (where appropriate)    - Periodic reviews (at least annually) of incumbent managers
